This is not your ordinary escape room… it's an adrenaline-pumping, heart-stopping challenge that immerses you in the nightmarish world of a twisted serial killer.

The Game

What starts as a seemingly abandoned house quickly turns into your worst nightmare as the door locks behind you, trapping you in the lair of a deranged killer.
 

Every dark corner hides disturbing secrets, and the deeper you go, the more you realise… you were never meant to leave!

This is an escape room game like no other!

Your team must solve intricate puzzles, find hidden clues, and work together under extreme pressure to escape, but that’s easier said than done… Because it’s not just the eerie environment you need to fear.

A live actor plays the role of the killer, stalking your every move. Stay silent. Stay hidden.

 

If the killer finds you, you won’t just be eliminated… you’ll be taken! 
 

Where? Nobody knows…

Some say it’s a torture pod, a place where the killer keeps his favourite victims.

Maybe you’ll be restrained, maybe your senses will be stripped away, or maybe he has something even worse in store.

But one thing’s for sure… Once you're in, you’re his plaything! 

You have 60 minutes to escape.

• Player Discretion: Players may leave the game at any time before being caught by the killer. However, if captured, you will have no choice but to face what comes next: a fate that all players dread.
  There is no safe word, and no turning back once the killer has you... So do your best not to get CAUGHT!

If you’re unsure whether you can handle it, we strongly recommend playing our milder horror room, The Exorcist, first.

By booking SNATCHED, you acknowledge and consent to an immersive experience designed to provoke fear, discomfort, and psychological tension.

​

The fictional narrative includes simulated themes of restraint, isolation, sensory deprivation, and the illusion of danger.

Every aspect is carefully managed by trained professionals — but this game is not for the faint-hearted.
Refunds are not provided for early exits or non-participation.

 

Will you outsmart the killer or become another victim?

This game requires a Minimum of 3 players

SNATCHED is an escape room with a twist.

Players risk being eliminated from the game, by either 'chickening out' or by being captured by the actor.
 

Players who are eliminated, are removed from the game.

 

Once you exit the game, you CAN NOT re-enter the game. 

​

If the team sizes falls to below 3 players, the game will automatically be over. DONT GET CAUGHT! 
 

That said, the experience is designed for success - even with just 3 players - and most teams complete the game without anyone being captured. You’re in control of your fate... if you can keep your cool.

Late Policy

Our experiences operate on a strict schedule and cannot be delayed.

All players are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows time for check-in, waivers, securing belongings, and the mandatory safety briefing.
 

Check-in closes strictly 5 minutes after your scheduled start time.

If at least the minimum required number of players have not checked in before this cut-off, the session will be cancelled automatically with no refund or reschedule.
 

If the minimum required players have checked in before the cut-off, the game will proceed with those present. Any players arriving after check-in has closed will be refused entry and will not be permitted to join the experience.
 

These deadlines are strict operational cut-offs, not grace periods. There are no exceptions, and staff cannot override these deadlines regardless of the reason for late arrival.

We strongly recommend allowing extra time for traffic, parking, and other delays to ensure you arrive on time and receive the full experience.

This event is not for the faint of heart, you may encounter scenes  that some audience members may find distressing, including sexual references, bad language, loud bangs, Darkness, Small spaces, Ultra realistic props (including graphic human bodies). 
 

ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO CRAWL IN PARTS OF THIS GAME.

You will encounter the use of flashing lights, non-toxic smoke effects, Chainsaw's and loud noises inside the escaperoom. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Age Rating: 15+

SNATCHED is built for mature audiences and is strictly for players aged 15 and over.

The experience contains explicit language, graphic and realistic gore and nudity props, intense psychological scares, jump-scares, loud noises, smoke effects and the use of chainsaws*.

A live actor portrays the killer and will make controlled physical contact with players as part of the experience.

​

Parental discretion is advised for players aged 15-17; it is up to parents/guardians to decide whether this experience is suitable for them and whether they can handle the intensity of the game.

​

We rely on honesty about player ages, as ID checks are only carried out for alcohol purchases.

We reserve the right to request ID and to refuse entry if we believe a guest is under 15 or unlikely to cope with the experience.

If entry is refused because the age policy or duty-of-care guidance was not met, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

All games must include at least one responsible adult aged 18+ inside the room at all times.

​

Health & Safety Advisory 

SNATCHED features jump-scares, flashing lights, loud audio, confined spaces, smoke/fog effects, sudden movements and brief physical contact.

​

For safety reasons, the experience is not recommended for guests who are pregnant or who have:

• heart conditions or high/low blood pressure

• respiratory issues such as asthma or COPD

• epilepsy or photosensitive seizure disorders

• severe anxiety, panic or PTSD-related conditions

• mobility limitations that prevent crouching or quick movement

• or any other condition that could be aggravated by intense fear or physical exertion.

Guests who may be particularly vulnerable - for example those with certain health conditions or learning disabilities - should contact us in advance so we can advise on suitability.

We pride ourselves on scaring people safely, and will always prioritise a guest’s wellbeing over participation.

Duty Of Care 

Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of every guest and staff member.

SNATCHED is an intense live-actor horror experience that may not be suitable for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or stop the game at any time if, in our judgment, a player’s age, health, behaviour, or circumstances make participation unsafe or inappropriate.

Key points:

• Minimum age 15. All players must be willing participants.

• No player may be pressured or coerced to take part or to remain in the game once they have asked to leave. 

• A responsible adult (18+) must remain with any minors in the group at all times.

• Minors cannot be left unattended anywhere on the premises. Our staff cannot provide childcare or allow a child to wait in reception.

• Guests with relevant medical conditions or other vulnerabilities (including learning disabilities) should contact us in advance so we can advise on suitability.

• At our discretion, we may end participation immediately for any player who appears unwell, panicked, intoxicated, or disruptive.

• If participation is refused or ended for these reasons and the group size drops below the required minimum of three players, the game may end early without refund.

By booking SNATCHED you acknowledge that the experience involves deliberate scares, sudden noises, dark spaces, smoke effects, psychological scares, psychological priming techniques, immersive storytelling, illusion of danger, crawling and controlled physical contact by a live actor.

You accept that these elements are part of the game’s design and that, provided we have acted with reasonable care, Contained Liverpool Ltd is not liable for distress, discomfort, or loss arising from participation or from an early exit initiated by staff for safety reasons
