Your group stumbles across what appears to be an abandoned house.

Curiosity gets the better of you, and you decide to enter.

The door closes behind you.

It's jammed shut.

And then you realise something much worse.

The house isn't abandoned.

You've entered the home of a serial killer.

Now you have 60 minutes to make your way through the house, uncover its disturbing secrets and find another way out.

But you're not alone.

 

Someone is inside the house with you.

And if you're going to escape, you'll need to make sure he doesn't find you.

Stay quiet. Stay hidden. Don't get caught.

This Isn’t an Ordinary Escape Room

SNATCHED combines escape room gameplay with live-action horror and an intense game of hide and seek.

​

You'll need to explore the house, search for clues, solve puzzles and work together to find another way out.

But while you're trying to escape, the killer is hunting you.

​

A live actor plays the role of the killer, stalking your every move.

​

You'll need to listen carefully.

Know when to move.

Know when to hide.

And above all...

Don't let him find you.

​What Happens If You Get Caught?

That's something you'll have to discover for yourself.

Some say there's a torture pod hidden somewhere inside the house, a place where the killer keeps his favourite victims.

Maybe you'll be restrained.

Maybe your senses will be taken away.

Or maybe he has something even worse planned.

Nobody really knows what happens when you're SNATCHED.

And you probably don't want to find out.

There's only one way to make sure.

Don't get caught.

What to Expect

SNATCHED is a highly immersive horror experience containing mature and potentially distressing content.

Expect darkness, disturbing environments, sudden scares, loud noises, graphic imagery and unpredictable encounters with a live actor.

​

Unlike a traditional escape room, you won't always feel safe enough to stand around discussing the next puzzle.

​

Sometimes you'll need to stop what you're doing.

Sometimes you'll need to hide.

And sometimes you'll just need to remind yourself… It’s only a game.

​

SNATCHED is significantly more intense than The Exorcist.

​

If you're unsure whether you can handle it, we strongly recommend trying The Exorcist first.

 

During the experience you may encounter:

• Explicit language

• Sexual references

• Graphic and realistic gore

• Realistic props depicting human bodies and nudity

• Psychological horror and fear-based storytelling

• Jump scares and sudden movements

• Darkness

• Confined spaces

• Crawling

• Flashing and strobe lighting

• Loud noises and sudden sounds

• Non-toxic smoke and fog effects

• Chainsaws

• Live-actor interaction

• Controlled physical contact from the live actor

All players are required to crawl during parts of this experience.

The live actor will make controlled physical contact with players as part of the experience.

​

Age & Supervision 

Minimum Age: Strictly 15+

​

Players under 15 are not permitted to participate in SNATCHED under any circumstances.

​

Due to the intensity of the experience, mature themes, graphic content and live-actor interaction, parental discretion is strongly advised for players aged 15 to 17.

​

Any group containing a player aged 15 to 17 must have at least one responsible adult aged 18+ participating inside the game at all times.

​

Players aged 18+ may play without adult supervision.

​

Players aged 16 or 17 may wait in our designated lounge area without adult supervision if they choose not to participate or decide to leave the experience early.

​

Players under 16 must not be left unsupervised anywhere on site. Therefore, if a 15-year-old chooses not to participate or leaves the game early, a responsible adult aged 18+ must leave the experience and remain with them.

​

If this means the remaining group no longer meets the supervision requirements for SNATCHED, the game will end.

Age Verification

It is the booking holder's responsibility to ensure that every participant meets the minimum age and supervision requirements.

 

We do not routinely verify the age of every player. However, we reserve the right to request proof of age where there is reasonable doubt.

​

The absence of an ID check or challenge by a member of staff does not confirm that a player meets the age requirements or waive those requirements.

​

Players who do not meet the applicable age or supervision requirements may be refused participation without refund, credit or reschedule.

​

Leaving the Experience

SNATCHED is designed to be frightening, but participation is always voluntary.

Any player may ask to leave the experience at any time.

​

Once a player has left the game, they cannot re-enter.

​

Refunds, credits or reschedules are not provided where a player chooses not to participate, becomes too frightened to continue or decides to leave the experience early.

​

The killer knows you're inside.

And you have 60 minutes to find another way out.

The fictional narrative references themes of restraint, isolation, sensory deprivation and the illusion of danger. These form part of the storytelling and psychological priming used throughout the experience.

Not everything you're told should necessarily be believed.

Every aspect of the experience is carefully controlled with player safety in mind.

Refunds, credits or reschedules are not provided for early exits or non-participation.

SNATCHED is a physically and psychologically intense experience featuring deliberate scares, darkness, loud audio, flashing lights, confined spaces, crawling, smoke effects, sudden movements and controlled physical contact.

We reserve the right to refuse or end participation where we reasonably believe that continuing would present a safety risk to a player, other guests or our staff.

By booking SNATCHED, you acknowledge that the experience intentionally includes deliberate scares, sudden noises, dark and confined spaces, smoke effects, psychological scares, psychological priming, immersive storytelling, the illusion of danger, crawling and controlled physical contact from a live actor.

You acknowledge that these elements form part of the intended experience and may cause fear, distress or discomfort.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
