Press Release 24th August 2017

The Fear Is Almost Here!

Contained Liverpool Presents: Chamber Of Terror… Liverpool’s Most Immersive Scare Attraction!

LARGE SCALE WALK-THROUGH HORROR ATTRACTION ANNOUNCED FOR LIVERPOOL

_____________________________________________________________________________Dare you enter the newest, most immersive and truly terrifying Live Actor Halloween scare attraction in Liverpool? Make your way through the labyrinth of demons... Pass by your worst nightmares... Just keep moving forward... and you MIGHT survive! Can you keep calm and contain your fear?

Contained Liverpool is bringing “Chamber Of Terror” to the city in October 2017. This truly frightening attraction will take you on a journey through the large scale walk-through horror maze, deservedly named ‘Chamber Of Terror’. The maze is built up of creepy corridors, spine-tingling special effects and tormenting themed rooms, within each hosts the most petrifying of creatures. The horror spills outside of the maze, where free-roaming monsters torment visitors who are queuing for the maze.

Creative Director of Contained Liverpool, Sean Porter told us: “We look forward to bringing a fresh take on the horror industry, making it even more interactive and immersive for our guests is something we have worked hard to achieve and I believe it will stir-up a new appetite for horror in the city. In my experience, people are always looking for new, immersive experiences that allows for them to escape reality for a brief moment, and that’s exactly what we have created! Our guests will be propelled into a realistic, other-worldly environment, filled with fear and elements of the unknown.”

Alder Hey Children’s Charity Fund-raiser: ‘Scare Because We Care’

As a way of celebrating the launch of Liverpool’s most immersive scare attraction, Contained Liverpool have announced a charity fund-raiser titled ‘Scare Because We Care’ . This Charity fund-raiser will see 50% of the ticket sales (£7.50 from every ticket sold) for their opening weekend (6th-8th October) is donated directly to Alder Hey Children’s Charity.

Creative Director of Contained Liverpool, Sean Porter told us: “ What a great way to raise funds for such a fantastic cause. By simply buying a ticket for our opening weekend, you will not only have a night to remember, but you will also be donating £7.50 of your ticket price directly to Alder Hey Children’s charity. We believe this is one of the city’s most deserving charities, and one that we can all relate to. For us, it was important to use our platform to raise funds for the charity, whilst also raising awareness for the amazing work that they do. ”

The creatures from your worst nightmares, arrive in Liverpool on 30th September for ONE night of special press previews before ‘Chamber Of Terror’ opens its doors to the public for the Halloween season from 6th October 2017.
